From everyone’s sizes to the final collection, here’s how we help keep your costume plans on track. For teams of 5 or more.

Before your fitting

Everyone submits their own sizes.

Share one link with your team so each person can submit their details. You can see who has completed theirs.

Usually 2–3 weeks before

Try it on, get comfortable, get it sorted.

We arrange your office fitting, with styling advice and minor alterations included. We’ll confirm timing and bus access with you.

Event day

Your costume, with your name on it.

Outfits arrive at your venue labelled for each person, making distribution easier.

The next morning

Enjoy the night. We’ll handle the cleaning.

We collect the costumes from the agreed location and take care of cleaning. You get back to your day, with the photos to enjoy.

The practical details, sorted.

A few answers to help you plan with confidence.

Can we book for just 5 people?

Yes. Our $195-per-person Costume on the Move package is available for teams of 5 or more. Table Best Dressed starts at 10 people, and Exclusive / Concierge is available from 1 person.

Do we need a theme and everyone’s sizes before enquiring?

No. Share your date and rough headcount. We can help you choose a theme and guide you through collecting sizes before the fitting.

When does the fitting happen?

Usually 2–3 weeks before your event, at your office. That leaves time for minor alterations before the day, and we’ll confirm the schedule with you.

Where can the bus park?

A loading bay, car park or kerbside space we can use for the fitting. Tell us your building and we’ll confirm access with your facilities team.

What if someone needs help finding the right fit?

That’s what the fitting is for. Our collection runs XS–4XL depending on the costume, and our team helps with sizing, styling and minor alterations on the spot.

What if someone changes their mind after fitting?

With Costume on the Move and Exclusive / Concierge there’s no post-fitting costume change fee. On Table Best Dressed it’s $25 per set. Ask us about alternatives and the final change date for your event.

Can management choose a different package?

Yes. Many teams pair a group package with concierge styling for management, hosts or special guests. We’ll set out the options in your quotation.

What if someone cannot attend the fitting?

Let us know in advance. We’ll work from their submitted sizes and advise on the best option for them.

Where do you collect the costumes after the event?

With the $195 package we collect the next morning from the agreed location, and cleaning is included. We’ll confirm the handover when we plan your fitting.

Can you provide a quotation for internal approval?

Yes. Send us your brief and we’ll prepare a quotation you can share internally. Include any separate requirements for management.

How far ahead should we enquire?

Six to eight weeks is ideal, especially for year-end events, as Q4 fills up. Share your date so we can check fitting and event availability. If your event is sooner, ask us what is possible.

Do you have an option for a large group activity?

For mass activities, bulk assorted costume sets are $60 each, minimum 60 sets, with two-way transport included. This is a separate offer from our fitted team packages. Ask us whether it suits your activity.

Can schools use Costume on the Move for classroom role-play?

Yes. Share your lesson topic, students’ ages and date, and we’ll help plan suitable costumes and confirm availability and pricing for your school activity.

How can we reach you?

WhatsApp +65 9299 9064 is the fastest way to reach us, and it’s where we answer. We’re open Mon–Fri 11am–7pm, and Sat, Sun and the eve of a public holiday 11am–3pm. We’re closed on public holidays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered when we next open.
